The .44 Magnum Mark IV Grizzly magazine in the photo fits and functions properly in the pistol , I purchased two additional magazines and neither fit into the magazine well of this pistol or another one that is owned by a friend of mine .

Are you sure the magazines that don't fit aren't Mark 5 models? I have never heard of this problem before??

Negative , there are a lot of Grizzly .44 Magnum magazines made that were too big , in fact a man in Texas had the same problem and had to discard a lot of them because of this problem , others have tried to make them fit by squeezing them in a vise and other methods with no satifactory results .
